The Art of Change Agency: feminists revisioning the world one word at a time. A collective reading.

Nana Osei Kofi and Adela C. Licona will host our first por medio de la pluma reading and re-visioning event. Five fierce visions and voices of women of color will lead this inaugural event including Diana Marie Delgado, Sarita Gonzales, Mel Michelle Lewis, Emma Pérez, and Kimberlee Pérez. por medio de la pluma is inspired by Bettina Judd's recent guest edit of the fabulous Gender Issue and brilliant hosting of the Auburn Avenue Friday reading events, by the work of Toni Morrison, who stresses the urgency of doing language, and by Gloria Anzaldúa, who reminds us that we can change the world por medio de la pluma and one word at a time.
