Mentoring

Drawing from ours lived experiences, including as, first-generation, feminist, and queer scholars of color who have taught, published, and worked in the academy, in professional, artistic, and in community contexts, we mentor folx searching for relational ways to work that are sustainable and that include the practice of cultivating joy in the processes and pursuits of their desired accomplishments. We also enjoy mentoring formal and informal collectives, research collaboratives, and folx in progressive organizations looking for new ways of working together and in the service of co-leadership practices.

Additional mentorship services include the cultivation of small cohorts and collectives for guided peer support and collaboration. The Art of Change Agency supports established cohorts and/or matches cohort members, organizes and facilitates initial conversations, and offers periodic check-ins with the group. Many of the cohorts cultivated by The Art of Change Agency have lasted for years as writing groups, peer-mentor groups, and collaborative collectives far beyond the initial engagement.
